1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During campaign periods, new product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to Romania and selected international destinations.
Available shipping countries and delivery options may vary depending on the delivery address entered at checkout.

3. DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier company, customs procedures, and seasonal workload.
Estimated delivery times:
Romania: 1–4 business days
European Union countries: 3–10 business days
International destinations outside the EU: 7–21 business days

4. SHIPPING COSTS

7. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
MODAX TEKSTIL S.R.L. is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
8. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at globalrespire@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details.
For damaged packages, please include clear photos of the package and product.
We will review the case and assist you according to the courier company’s investigation process and our store policies.
